This role is based in the Careers and Student Enterprise Service which is the career, employability and enterprise nucleus of the University of East London. The goal of the Service is to support every student to achieve career success, gain the skills for the 21st century workforce, and build direct pathways to employment. The Placement Administrator will work alongside the Placements Team to ensure placements are administered effectively. The role will assist with monitoring student attendance on placements and liaising with students to ensure all paperwork is completed and accurate. Additionally, you will deal with queries from students, academics, the Compliance Team and other stakeholders professionally and promptly. The role will support with the administration process regarding the delivery of placements and associated projects and provide a professional support function to the project team members.

The role holder and must be able to work as part of an effective team and must be able to prioritise and work to competing deadlines to respond to a dynamic and fast-changing environment.
