Teaching Personnel are working with a Primary school in Birmingham area. The school are looking for support staff who are able to build strong relationships with their primary pupils who have challenging behaviour. The chosen individuals will be expected to work on both a 1:1 and small group basis with the primary pupils,- years of SEN experience is not necessary however relevant transferable skills and a great attitude are essential! The role is full time Monday-Friday, 8:30am-15:30pm term time only.

Requirements

Do you have experience supporting others?

Do you have experience with SEMH?

Can you work on a 1:1 and small group basis with Primary aged pupils?

Are you passionate about Special Educational Needs?

Are you available full time?

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
